Quanta is a tool by Maticus Media 360 that helps vending operators manage inventory. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

• Account info: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google to authenticate you.
• Inventory data: Files you upload (e.g., Nayax templates and Sales Summary reports) and inventory details you enter in the app.
• Usage data: Basic, anonymous analytics about app usage to help improve performance and reliability.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to the app.
• To update inventory counts based on your uploads and actions.
• To improve the app’s features, reliability, and user experience.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your data. We do not share personal information with third parties except trusted processors (e.g., hosting, authentication) strictly to operate the service, under data protection agreements.

Data Retention & Security

Inventory data and account details are stored securely in our database. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@maticusmedia360.com.

Children’s Privacy

Quanta is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
