- Set up your inventory (first time only): Download our template, paste in your Nayax product list, then add the store you buy the item from and the minimum quantity you want on hand. Upload it on the Upload page in the Quanta app.
- Keep it fresh with sales: Upload your Nayax Sales Summary reports regularly. Quanta automatically deducts items sold and updates on-hand counts.
- Generate smart shopping lists: With one click, create lists of low or near-low items, grouped by supplier/store.
- Shop & apply: As you shop, check off items and record quantities. Apply updates directly back to inventory in one click.
